Job Overview
Bibimbox is looking for enthusiastic and friendly team members to join our fast-casual restaurant! If you love great food, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and have a passion for excellent customer service, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service
• Explain menu items and suggest options
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Pack up items in an aesthetically pleasing way to enhance presentation
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including creating coffee and specialty drinks, cash handling, and store safety and security
• Make shaved ice desserts and soft-serve ice cream
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift and assist in general restaurant duties as needed
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Previous food service or cashier experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn, improve, and accept constructive feedback
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
