Responsibilities
- Educate students according to predetermined guidelines
- All curriculum provided by center
- Plan, coordinate, and implement student learning plans
- Provide a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Engage with parents regarding their student's performance and needs
Qualifications
- CDA or higher
- Experience working with toddlers
- Ability to remain patient and positive with students
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant certification or diploma as outlined by Bright from the Start or willingness to work towards certification over the next 12 months
