The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in executing and overseeing core global HR functions across Bible League International’s (BLI) workforce. This role ensures alignment of global policies while respecting and integrating local employment laws and cultural considerations.
Key responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee engagement, learning and development, and ensuring compliance with global employment laws. The HR Generalist will share responsibility with the other HR Generalist as the day-to-day primary point of contact for global staff, ensuring a cohesive and strategic HR approach.
By leveraging HR technology, analytics, and best practices, this role strengthens decision-making, enhances employee engagement, and optimizes HR operations globally.
What you need:
1.Must have a strong faith walk and agree with our statement of faith and conduct his/herself in a Christ-like manner.
2.Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience. Global HR experience is strongly preferred.
3.PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification required.
4.Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience; ADP payroll experience preferred.
5.Strong knowledge of HRIS, LMS, AI-driven HR analytics, and applicant tracking systems.
6.Acumen in learning and development with the ability to design training and effectively present to both staff and leadership.
7.Experience with cross-cultural HR management and global employment laws.
8.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in leading meetings and presentations.
9.Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
10.Proactive, growth-oriented, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
11.Ability to collaborate across multiple global time zones to support effective communication.
12.Willingness to occasionally travel internationally based on organizational needs.
