Summary
The Vice President leads the Integrated Marketing team in crafting communications that attract donors and connect them more deeply to the ongoing work of Bible League. Print, broadcast, and digital channels convey powerful stories of lives transformed to prospective, existing, and former BLI donors. The Vice President brings strategy and leadership to ensure a seamless, coordinated, and timely experience for all audiences.
The marketing team integrates with Bible League's other Advancement and Scripture Engagement teams. The Vice President has primary responsibility for serving Bible League's 30,000 general donors through an array of communication channels and provides essential support to the donor relations team in serving middle, major, and executive donors. To that end, the Vice President builds and maintains strong working relationships with peers across the organization to support the work of the whole organization.
Data analysis helps the Vice President to measure effectiveness of existing efforts and opportunity for new ones. This includes working with the CRM team and others in the organization to build data collection and reporting systems.

Duties
- Develop and implement Bible League's overall integrated marketing strategy. Update this annually, in consultation with the EVP for Advancement, the VP for Development Services, and the leaders of the Donor Relations Team.
- Ensure all Integrated Marketing channels are executed with excellence.
- Develop, introduce, and execute new initiatives; involve and educate all stakeholders within the Advancement Teams and across the organization.
- Lead and oversee the Marketing Core Team (Storytelling, Digital, and Production). Work with them to accomplish the above essential duties.
- Lead the Integrated Marketing team in the development and distribution of donor and other stakeholder communications across print, broadcast, digital, and other channels in order to create, sustain, and deepen donors' experience of, connection with, and commitment to Bible League.
- Develop and implement new strategies and tactics to increase Bible League International's brand awareness, lead generation, and new donor acquisition at scale, as well as to re-engage and regain lapsed donors.
- Develop and implement (in collaboration with Development Services) a calendar of communications to donors at all levels across multiple channels; including customized journeys for identified subgroups of donors (i.e, monthly sustainers, planned givers, etc.). This may include design and development of multiple campaigns to take place through the course of each fiscal year.
- Manage relationships with outside agencies to support marketing initiatives. (This may include advertising, public relations, printing, software, and / or related third parties.)
- Evaluate effectiveness of integrated campaigns and recommend changes as needed.
- Develop and direct execution of new marketing strategies; ensure communication and brand consistency across channels.
- Analyze current Marketing Data and donor feedback to identify growth opportunities. This includes seeking out new platforms and markets for new donor / relationship generation, decreasing Cost Per Acquisition, increasing donor dollars and brand awareness, and establishing credibility with new and prospective donors.
- Work with the Development Services team, IT, and other colleagues to develop data collection and reporting systems, including clear and intuitive dashboards and other reporting mechanisms for Advancement Team and other Bible League leaders.
- Guide the Marketing team in supporting the communications needs of Scripture Engagement, US Ministries, and other BLI colleagues.
- Domestic and international travel as required up to no more than 10% of overall time.
- Perform additional projects as assigned by the Executive VP of Advancement
