ONEPowerfulMovement Community Development Center (OPM-CDC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission statement is “Restoring hope that generates love for mankind which leads to faith that promotes change” (1 Thessalonians 1:3). We are seeking a qualified individual to serve as Executive Director for this organization.
We are seeking a self-driven and highly competent executive director to support the mission and vision of the organization and to lead and influence our non-profit organization towards favorable growth, and to design and direct strategies that support and enhance our organizational operations.
Duties for the executive director will include managing company assets, optimizing financial operations, specifically managing oversite of the date to day activities of the food pantry and providing leadership to all staff. They must be willing to work in a warehouse environment and work with a diverse population.
The ideal candidate for this position must possess a master’s in business administration and/or have relevant experience, be highly organized, have project and financial management experience as well as be an effective communicator. The candidate must provide relevant references.
The office location to the position will be at 9022 Frey Rd. Houston, TX 77034

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION
We are specifically seeking an individual for a non-profit organization who operates with integrity, has a heart for the poor, homeless and diverse populations, is able to motivate the staff and volunteers, able to dedicate at least 25 hours per week and is not seeking this position as a primary source of income as compensation may fluctuate between voluntary, stipend, contract or salary based on resources of the organization.
