General and / or Special funds. Appointment to begin in July 2024 or soon thereafter. Continuation dependent on satisfactory performance, department needs and availability of funds.Duties and Responsibilities Under supervision of the Director of OSAS : assist the Office of Student Academic Services (OSAS) with the admissions, recruitment, advising, retention, and graduation of students in the College of Education.Provide academic advising services to students, including assessing their interests and abilities, examining their educational goals, developing short- and long-term goals, making decisions, and creating academic plans to meet their objectives.Assist in the administration of COE student support programs, workshops, activities, and other events for students.Coordinate work with school and community sites and teachers. Assist with the development of service learning opportunities.Assist with fiscal processing and maintenance of program budgets.Develop and manage program Excel database, document program and project activities, tabulate surveys and evaluations.Assist other activities supporting program implementation as developed.
