Duties Or Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Gulf Coast region
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries (e.g., O&G, petrochemical, manufacturing)
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Gulf Coast market, including customer needs, competitive landscape and emerging trends
- Effectively manage sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities
- Understand client requirements and present tailored I&E solutions to meet their technical and operational needs
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver high-quality proposals, quotes and project bids
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights, technical advice, and value-added solutions
- Track and report sales performance, market feedback and key client interactions using CRM tools
- Work closely with marketing, engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
- 5-10 years in I&E sales or technical business development within the Gulf Coast territory
- In-depth knowledge of Instrumentation & Electrical products, services or solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients across multiple levels of an organization
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
