POSITION: Fabrication Division Manager
COMPENSATION: Competitive salary DOE

LOCATION: Beaumont, Texas
SUMMARY: To manage, plan, direct and administer policies and goals for Division office regarding profitability, performance, work competency and growth.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsibilities include but not limited to managing inventory, ordering materials, increasing the efficiency of operations and scheduling production.
- They ensure the shop stays on schedule and within budget.
- A Division Manager should understand and enforce safety, quality control, and production expectations.
- Other duties involve developing or improving the training program, hiring new employees, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 15 years of Shop Fabrication experience
- 10 years Management Role
- Profit & Loss Responsibility
- Planning and organizing production schedules
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Determining quality control standards.
