SUMMARY : The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration and repair of various instrumentation and control systems used in industrial settings
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems, including sensors, transmitters, controllers, and actuators across the company’s entire fleet of mobile and permanent units
- Perform regular calibration and testing of instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and instrumentation diagrams
- Conduct preventive maintenance programs and document all work performed
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize instrumentation performance and reliability
- Respond to instrumentation-related issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime
- Stay updated on industry standards and technological advancements in instrumentation
- Assist in mobile unit readiness activities including bench testing of process equipment
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations
- Develop work scopes for equipment repair and maintenance, prepare technical reports, update the maintenance tracking software and provide measurement tools that will assist the Maintenance Manager track performance
