POSITION TITLE : Process Engineer and Client Solutions Manager

SUMMARY : The Process Engineering and Client Solutions Manager leads the front-end development and detail engineering of industrial projects within Process Industry facilities, including energy, alternative energy and chemicals. Projects will fall into both EPC and modular divisions.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead front-end process engineering design efforts for FEL and early project phases, ensuring alignment with client goals and project requirements
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact associated with process design for clients during project development, offering expertise and building strong client relationships
- Facilitate and participate in client meetings, understanding client needs and translating them into actionable engineering deliverables
- Prepare and review Process Engineering deliverables, including process flow diagrams (PFDs), heat and material balances, and equipment datasheets
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers, ensuring high-quality work and professional growth
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Provide timely and accurate internal reporting of project progress, compiling weekly reports for the Process Engineering Manager
- Interface with clients, third-party contractors, and internal engineering departments to ensure cohesive project development
