What You Will Do:
- Development, documentation and presentation of at least one in-house Back to School survey.
- Development of Back-to-School Sales support presentations based on research.
- Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and presentations to showcase progress and findings.
- Assist Category Management team with presentation development
- Leverage data to develop actionable insights
- Meet with cross functional leadership to learn all functions involved in bringing innovation to the Retailer customers
- Gain knowledge of Channel needs for the Human Expression category
- Present at the end of the summer to the marketing and category team the customer selling story created during the internship
- Present to VP of Sales the Channel Strategy created during the internship
- Track BTS performance: Capture Images from Stores and create an internal recap of top customer performance
- Creative, curious, analytical, self-starter
- Methodical with a strong attention to detail.
- Business, marketing, or analytics related major - Degree or graduating May, 2025
- Experience working on group projects but also comfortable working independently
- Excel and PowerPoint proficient
- Ability to work within ambiguity
- Ability to work in Shelton two days a week
- Experience in Retail Store employment preferred
- Experience with Data Analysis preferred
- Experience volunteering, Clubs, or led a small project team preferred
