As a Digital Marketing Intern you will gain exposure to a breadth of disciplines include digital media, influencer & shopper marketing, content management, e-commerce and finance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented and in-tune with current social media trends. You’ll work on both a high-level project that will help inform future strategy as well as more “in the weeds” maintenance work.

What You’ll Do:

Media

  • Monitor campaign performance and media analytics
    • Ensure metrics and meeting/exceeding benchmarks
  • Quality check flowcharts to ensure accuracy
  • Complete project analyzing historical media data and partners against current campaign landscape
  • Meet with new vendors to bring in potential test and learn opportunities

Influencer Marketing:

  • Complete a project analyzing the influencer landscape and past influencer campaigns to determine what activities and types of influencers performed best to inform future strategy.
  • Identify trends on Instagram and TikTok that we can quickly activate on with our influencer network; allowing brands to leverage more “real time” opportunities.
  • Related: Identify potential future influencers to work with.
  • Help digital marketing team and brand partners vet influencers.

E-Commerce:

  • Audit retailer product pages to ensure all content available is being used.
  • Syndicate ratings and reviews to retailer pages using BazaarVoice, supporting digital marketing manager on JIRA ticket requests.
  • Audit product detail pages to ensure we are meeting ratings and review thresholds.

Finance:

  • Help track and process invoices, tracking down aging report follow-ups as needed.

What We’ll Need From You:

  • Minimum GPA: 3.0 is required
  • Preferred educational focus: Marketing, Communications or Journalism - Degree or graduating in May, 2025
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • A blend of critical and creative thinking
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
