What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Health Specialist position at Bickford Family Dental Care?
At Bickford Family Dental Care, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. As a dental hygienist, you will be an integral member of our team, working closely with our dentists and other staff to provide outstanding patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a current dental hygienist license in WA and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required). They will also possess excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation. Additionally, they should have CPR certification and experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing thorough and efficient cleanings for patients
- Crowns and restorations placement and removal
- Periodontal maintenance and treatment
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
