As a crucial part of our team, you'll help maintain the pristine condition of our facilities and ensure our property always looks its best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Management: Work closely with our team to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our dealership and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Perform Landscaping Duties: Handle lawn mowing, hedge and tree pruning, light irrigation tasks, leaf and branch removal, fertilizing, and other landscaping tasks.
- Wash Vehicles: Ensure our cars are spotless and presentable, providing an excellent first impression for our customers.
- Conduct Repairs: Tackle small home and business repairs, ensuring our facilities are safe and functional.
- Maintain Equipment: Manage, maintain, and store all tools and equipment neatly and safely.
- Operate Vehicles: Safely use a pickup truck to transport materials and equipment as needed.
- Uphold Standards: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across all work environments.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Previous experience in handyman tasks, cleaning, light carpentry or a similar role.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail and an appreciation for well-maintained environments.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills.
- Driving Record: Clean driving record.
