Bickford Ford is seeking a Mobile Service Assistant & Scheduler to support our growing mobile service operations. This role is responsible for coordinating appointments, assisting the mobile service team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Manage customer appointments for mobile service visits.
- Confirm and adjust schedules as needed to maximize efficiency.
- Communicate with customers regarding service updates and estimated arrival times.
Customer Service & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mobile service customers.
- Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries and scheduling requests.
- Gather customer concerns and relay important details to technicians.
Operational Support:
- Ensure the mobile service team has the necessary tools, parts, and information for each job.
- Track and maintain mobile service inventory levels.
- Assist with invoicing, work orders, and service documentation.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with technicians, advisors, and parts staff to streamline operations.
- Provide real-time support for technicians in the field when needed.
- Monitor technician routes and optimize daily service efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience in scheduling, customer service, or automotive service coordination is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in using service scheduling software or dealership management systems.
