RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Responsibilities :
- Serve food timely utilizing Bickford’s process.
- Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience.
- Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford’s dishwashing procedure.
- Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
- Maintain dining room and dish machine area to meet Bickford’s expectations for cleanliness.
Qualifications :
- A Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one.
- Exhibit a learner’s Mindset.
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
- Competent in organizational, time management skills.
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
