Mechanical Drafter (SolidWorks) – Relocation Available
Location: St. George, SC (Near Charleston) – Relocation Assistance Provided
Salary: $55,000 – $80,000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7 AM to 4 PM. Flex start times between 6h30-8 AM available. Possibility to finish at noon on Friday.
Work Setup: On-site with flexible hours & hybrid work options after training

As a Mechanical Drafter, you’ll work closely with engineers and the drafting team to create detailed, sketch-driven 3D designs using SolidWorks. You’ll help develop manufacturing-ready drawings while ensuring precision and feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop general assembly, sub-assembly, and detailed manufacturing drawings in SolidWorks
· Apply dimensional tolerances and ensure drawings align with manufacturing capabilities
· Conduct quality checks to verify accuracy and compliance with company standards
· Collaborate with teammates to resolve design questions—with little to no customer interaction
· Oversee revision control, ensuring updated drawings are always available
· Make adjustments and revisions as needed to optimize manufacturability
What We’re Looking For:
· SolidWorks expertise (2 years required)
· Strong ability to read & interpret technical drawings
· Meticulous attention to detail & strong organizational skills
· Manufacturing knowledge (machining & fabrication experience is a plus!)
