The Southern Maine Administrative Collaborative (SMAC) focuses on early intervention for children showing signs of increased speech, behavioral, developmental or mental health issues. Children's Collaborative offers services for children with autism, or similar developmental disabilities learn skills to help them function successfully in home, school and community. SMAC is a unique organization that returns our profits to the public school system. Our program offers individually based programming for children ages 2½ to 5 years old. We serve students with a variety of disabilities, including autism, physical disabilities, cognitive disabilities and behavioral challenges. QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Eligible for appropriate Maine Department of Education certification (022).
2. High School Diploma or GED equivalent, plus 3 years of post-secondary education. (60 credits)
