Brief Job Duties:
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
1. Complete all administrative assistant work including, but not limited to, data entry, photocopying, printing and scheduling appointments.
2. Act as treasurer for Biddeford High School clubs, activities and scholarships.
3. Support payroll process as needed by verifying time, attendance, and data entry.
4. Answer phones and act as back up attendance administrative assistant.
5. Assist faculty and staff with building needs.
6. Act as liasion between building, custodial, maintenance and trouble shoot with faculty and staff.
7. Support department heads and building admin in budgeting, ordering and P.O. process.
8. Operate and order for various office machines (i.e. photocopier, fax machine, postage machine).
9. Other job-related duties as assigned.
