Now, we're looking for a creative, organized, and highly motivated Social Media and Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our marketing team.
About The Role:
As the Social Media and Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will contribute to our marketing strategy by developing a content calendar, creating original organic assets, and exploring new marketing channels to grow our bidder base. In addition to social media management, you will play a key role in coordinating the communication of company initiatives to our audience through managing online company profiles, website landing pages, and more. This role is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those looking to gain more experience in the social media marketing world!
What You'll Do:
- Content Creation: Develop compelling image and video assets that highlight our products, people, and promotions.
- Content Planning: Manage and maintain a content calendar across all social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and more).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Email SMS Marketing Specialist to develop and maintain a cohesive company-wide content calendar and campaign deliverables.
- Digital Updates: Update landing pages, Google Business Profiles, and social bios to reflect ongoing promotions and key organizational initiatives.
- On-Site Visits: Travel to BidFTA warehouse locations across the greater Cincinnati area to capture content and produce on-location stories and promotions.
- Cross-Department Communication: Partner with other teams to identify key dates and events to share with our bidder base.
- Community Management: Respond to comments and reviews across our public social media channels, Yelp, and Google to maintain a strong, positive brand presence.
- In-Warehouse Work: Create engaging in-person events, coordinate giveaways, and capture behind-the-scenes content at our facilities.
- Giveaway Event Coordination: Notify winners, share event updates, and promote new locations through digital content.
- Influencer Coordination: Work with influencers to secure and manage campaign deliverables and collaborations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to sites within the Greater Cincinnati area
