What You Do: As our Chief Product Officer (CPO), your role encompasses a wide array of critical responsibilities: Product Development Excellence: Execute product development with a relentless focus on quality and efficiency, ensuring that our products set industry standards. Obstacle Eliminator: Identify and swiftly address any impediments to successful product execution, ensuring the path is clear for your team. Visionary Leader: Take ownership of the product vision and strategy, driving innovation, and inspiring your team to reach new heights. Product Advocate: Serve as the chief advocate for our products and technology, both within and outside the organization. Articulate the value and benefits to all stakeholders. Idea Gatekeeper: Act as the gatekeeper for product ideas originating from across the company. Assess, prioritize, and guide these ideas to fruition. Innovation Catalyst: Cultivate a culture of innovation across the organization, encouraging and fostering creativity. Competitive Analysis Leader: Keep a vigilant eye on the competitive technology landscape, offering strategic insights to maintain our competitive edge. As our Chief Product Officer (CPO), you are a visionary leader who excels in strategy, execution, and innovation. Outcomes We Seek: Reduce CEO involvement in day to day product and technology operations down to 10% (from current 30%). Together with the CRO, you will independently manage all operations, with periodic guidance and realignment from the CEO. Grow business from $40M -> 150M You will structure your team for scalability and ensure the delivery of high-quality, field-ready solutions that align with published product KPIs. By focusing on value-driven, ready-to-use products, you will help streamline sales, making the process faster and more effective. Product Outcomes Define a crisp product strategy and roadmap that the entire organization is aligned with. Develop company-wide focus so we build high value solutions that work well. Products should have an NPS > 30 Continuously measure and improve customer satisfaction. Every product has well-defined KPIs that are measured and published within the organization. Don’t lose more than 1 in 10 deals on product superiority Build differentiated products that solve real business problems.
