Job Summary
- Customer Service/Inside Sales are responsible for providing assistance to a company’s customers or clients. Their top duties include resolving customer complaints, responding to phone call and email requests and maintaining customer service records.
General Accountabilities
- Providing order status and tracking information.
- Provides customer service to external customers & sales reps.
- Escalate issues to provide answers to customer inquiries.
- Completes necessary documents to complete customer request.
- Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers.
- Ensures full customer satisfaction. Maintains friendly, helpful demeanor.
- Tracks problem status until resolution is achieved.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or comparable level education
- Email etiquette and basic language competency
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
- Excellent verbal phone skills
- Punctual and consistent attendance record
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of prior work in Customer Service industry.
- Preferred Experience: Experience in the Medical Device Manufacturing industry. Past experience in Customer Service.
