The Human Resource Business Partner runs the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department for Bienville Orthopaedic Specialists.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Own UKG accuracy, terms, new hires, promotions, transfers, etc.
- Employee Issues (corrective action, PIP)
- Educating/informing local management of HR goals/alignment
- Employee Engagement
- Recruit, interview, onboard all hires
- Offboard
- Execution of benefit enrollment, performance reviews
- General day to day questions
- Federal and state posting requirements
- Assist clinic CEOs with various tasks and reports as needed
- Assist with the submission of the company payroll
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs (compensation, benefits, leave, disputes, investigations, performance, productivity, recognition, wellness, etc.)
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, past or present employees, and referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Attend and participate in performance evaluation annual planning
- Order office supplies weekly and maintain office supply inventory.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least two years of human resource management experience required
- SHRM-CP, preferred
