The Role:
- Demonstrate competence related to the application of our core values in the operating room environment.
- Practice all facets of health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment for patients and staff.
- Develop and maintain healthy interpersonal relationships with colleagues and patients.
- Provide direct patient care, prioritizing tasks and implementing plans effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in IV therapy, critical thinking, and nursing judgment.
Requirements:
- Current State R.N. license and BCLS required.
- ACLS/PALS preferred.
- Two (2) years' experience as an operating room nurse preferred.
- Ability to assess, prioritize, plan, and implement direct patient care.
- Working knowledge and experience in PACU from hospital or ambulatory surgery center.
