Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care and provide emotional support to patients and families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient information and communicate effectively with colleagues and physicians
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based guidelines in orthopedic nursing
Requirements:
- Current State R.N. license and BCLS certification required
- ACLS/PALS certification preferred
- Two (2) years' experience as an operating room nurse preferred
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion
