Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care during orthopedic procedures, including administering medications, performing procedures, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, surgeons, and anesthesiologists to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Current State R.N. license and BCLS certification required
- ACLS/PALS certification preferred
- Two (2) years' experience as an operating room nurse preferred
- Eligibility to work in the United States
