What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server position at Biergarten?
Looking for someone who belongs, not someone who will fit in. When we say belong, belonging doesn't require someone to pretend to be somebody you're not or change who you are. Every wants to be accepted for who they are. Fitting in is someone who says, acts, reacts and pretends to be somebody you're not to try to be a part of something. So if you decide to keep scrolling, keep this in mind. Look for somewhere you belong. Not somewhere you'll fit in. Your feet will hurt. Your hands. Your back.
Your feet will hurt. Your hands. Your back.
and it will all be worth it.
Ever been surrounded by friends, looked around, and wished you could freeze that moment? The smiles, the laughter, the pure joy on everyone’s faces? Ever been in the middle of a Dodgers game and noticed yourself losing your voice after a homerun, high-fiving random strangers?
The German word for that feeling is Gemütlichkeit and that's what we strive to provide to our guests.
