Your Role: Lead, Inspire, Transform
As a BCBA at Bierman, you’ll be leading the charge in transforming client programming through direct oversight and care. With a caseload of just 7 clients, you'll be able to focus on delivering personalized, high-quality care. Your role includes ensuring clinical excellence, overseeing ethical practices, and driving positive outcomes.

Your Impact Starts Here: What We’re Looking For
- BCBA Certification: Required, and licensure in your state of practice (if applicable).
- Experience: Preferably in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction, but more importantly, you should bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a high level of organization. You’ll be balancing tasks and collaborating across teams, so adaptability is key.
- Problem-Solving & Teamwork: You’ll thrive when given the autonomy to work independently and as a leader to motivate others. We’re all about a collaborative mindset.
