The Key Account Analyst is responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with our customers by answering questions, solving problems and handling complaints. This position is responsible for managing the order-to-cash cycle from efficient order receipt to on-time, on-quantity, and on-quality delivery using Enterprise 21, Microsoft Excel and various proprietary systems. The ideal candidate will be able to anticipate potential issues and facilitate their resolution. This will require strong communication skills to gather and disseminate pertinent information both within and outside of the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple accounts: receive POs, allocate inventory, confirm delivery dates, and coordinate on-time deliveries.
- Maximize on-time shipping, delivery and fill rates.
- Process orders using Enterprise 21 Order Management.
- Maintain strong communication with internal (Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT) and external partners.
- Create reports and analysis to support internal and external customer as needed.
- Facilitate returns, credit and claims processes.
- Collaborate with Accounting in the resolution of invoicing issues
- Initiate and support continuous process improvement.

Who we are looking for:
- Three plus (3 ) years of experience in customer service in the consumer goods industry, preferably in food & beverage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with EDI a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well-organized with high attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a group and independently
- Strong follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Ability to set priorities and solve problems
