What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal position at Bieser, Greer & Landis, LLP?
Bieser Greer, a mid-sized downtown Dayton law firm which dates back to its founding in 1854, is seeking a dependable paralegal to assist the firm’s attorneys in litigation matters. Successful candidates will at a minimum have a paralegal degree/certification, possess strong computer skills including a proficiency in Microsoft 365 products and also have excellent organizational and communication skills. Additionally, those candidates should be prepared to multi-task in what at times can be a busy, fast-moving environment.
The substantive areas the firm’s new paralegals will focus in primarily are medical malpractice defense, business litigation and criminal defense, though the firm’s practice does extend beyond these areas and paralegals should be enthusiastic about learning new areas of law when called upon.
