As a CRM & Marketing Database Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, enhancing CRM system functionality, and aligning data insights with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Data Analysis and Insights
- Gather, clean, and analyze customer data from the CRM system to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Evaluate customer interest based on market inputs and ensure they meet Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) criteria.
CRM System Optimization
- Ensure CRM data quality meets established targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to synchronize and maintain up-to-date records.
Reporting and Visualization
- Create and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present key customer insights and sales activity KPIs to stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive sales analysis, including quarterly reviews and data integrity validations
Sales Process Improvement
- Analyze sales data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to streamline the sales funnel.
- Support sales forecasting activities to ensure accurate and timely predictions.
Collaboration Across Teams
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to optimize data usage for lead generation campaigns and strategy planning.
- Support campaign analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts based on CRM insights.
Training and Support
- Provide CRM training and ongoing guidance to sales team, ensuring proficiency in using the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Support new sales team members with onboarding and training on CRM best practices and workflows.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, IT, or Marketing.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Ability to propose changes to CRM including workflow and user interface.
- Experience in creating reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively presenting findings and recommendations.
- Technical skills, including familiarity with data analysis tools and advanced knowledge of Excel
