What You'll Be Doing:
- Fielding incoming service calls with your exceptional customer service skills—because every customer deserves your attention!
- Accurately capturing customer details and seamlessly creating Cases in Salesforce to keep things moving like clockwork.
- Booking technician travel—from flights to hotel rooms, to rental cars—making sure every journey is stress-free and on point.
- Validating technician time for payroll, ensuring all hours are accurate and on track.
- Managing technician expenses like a pro, keeping financials organized and smooth.
- Stepping up as Receptionist backup for lunch breaks, out-of-office moments, and keeping everything running smoothly in their absence.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure every service call is handled with precision and efficiency.
- Diving into special projects and flexing your multitasking muscles to make sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (We love experience, but education matters too!)
- A minimum of 3 years in an administrative assistant, customer service, service coordinator, or related role.
- Preferred experience in coordinating business travel (so you're ready for anything!)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office—Excel, Word, and Outlook are your tools to make sure everything stays organized, efficient, and on point.
