Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Assist in managing events, coordinating with staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in food service management and customer service.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support the hiring process by participating in interviews and onboarding of new staff.
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising teams within the food industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
