Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining high standards within our establishment. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for the entertainment industry, particularly in park and food service management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
• Assist in managing events, coordinating with staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices in food service management and customer service.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning and operational improvements.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support the hiring process by participating in interviews and onboarding of new staff.

Skills

• Proven experience in supervising teams within the food industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
• Experience in the Entertainment Industry management is highly desirable.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Trampoline Parks is a plus, enhancing overall guest experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
