Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and motivated Landscaping Crew Members for the upcoming season to assist in the maintenance and improvement of residential and commercial properties. This is a seasonal position running from the end of March to the beginning of November. As a Crew Member, you will work as part of a team to perform a variety of tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and other landscaping duties. This position offers a great opportunity to work outdoors and develop valuable landscaping skills while contributing to our clients’ satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris.
• Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping features.
• Install and maintain mulching, hardscapes, and irrigation systems.
• Maintain and care for landscaping tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Follow crew leader and supervisor instructions for daily tasks and job site requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Assist with site clean-up and debris removal.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction on all landscaping projects.
• Adhere to safety standards and practices while working on job sites.

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of plants, shrubs, and trees.
• Ability to operate trucks, trailers, and other landscaping equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to landscaping tasks.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, digging, and bending.
