We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and portion sizes.
- Assist with banquet and catering services as needed, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining rooms, kitchens, and serving stations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and accommodating dietary needs.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in roles related to food service or hospitality, is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with banquet and catering services is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being able to take initiative when needed.
