Cocktail Server / To-Go Delivery / Barback

Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and energetic Cocktail Server with experience in light alcohol service to join our team. This role involves serving cocktails and beverages to guests, fulfilling to-go orders via QR code, and assisting bartenders with basic barback duties such as restocking and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Deliver drinks to guests who place QR code orders, walking up to a block as needed
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and ensuring satisfaction
• Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, washing glassware, and handling simple alcohol requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and health regulations
• Handle basic payment transactions for to-go and in-person orders as needed

Experience

• Comfortable using portable POS systems to take customer orders
• Previous experience as a cocktail server, barback, or similar role preferred
• Knowledge of standard alcoholic beverages and basic cocktail service
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable walking short distances to deliver drinks to guests ordering via QR code
• Ability to lift and carry trays, restock bar supplies, and assist bartenders as needed
• TABC and Food Handler’s Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry
