What You'll Do as an Electrical Warehouse/Project Coordinator
As the right hand to our Head Electrical Mechanic, you'll play a vital role in making projects flow seamlessly from shop to site. This is an operationally vital, hybrid role with both field and office responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities
Project Prep & Logistics
- Stage materials, tools, and equipment ahead of each project
- Track and manage warehouse inventory; ensure timely restocking
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups with suppliers and job sites
- Oversee van buildouts and fleet maintenance scheduling
Warehouse & Tool Management
- Maintain clean, organized shop/warehouse space for easy access
- Check tools for function and safety; manage tool check-in/check-out
- Replenish materials efficiently for fast-paced work environments
Office & Tech Support
- Assist with scheduling, answering calls, and basic construction office tasks
- Use CRM software (Service Fusion) to support job scheduling and updates
- Provide backup customer service as needed to keep projects on track
Team Collaboration
- Liaise with electricians, apprentices, vendors, and office staff daily
- Identify operational gaps or delays and proactively solve them
- Help plan and troubleshoot using your electrical knowledge
What You Bring to the Table
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, construction shop, or similar support role
- Electrical background highly preferred—understanding materials and troubleshooting helps
- Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of Service Fusion or similar CRM platforms
- Extremely organized, efficient, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable working independently with integrity and follow-through
- Trustworthy and detail-oriented—you'll be accountable for expensive materials and fleet upkeep
- Clear, courteous communicator in person and over phone/text
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and assist with loading/unloading
- Familiarity with supply houses and material sourcing is a big plus
