- Conduct thorough damage assessments on residential and commercial properties.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate based on site evaluations.
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
- Lead and manage all phases of the reconstruction process from approval to final delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project flow.
- Monitor job progress, address issues proactively, and maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Strong project management, planning, and budgeting skills.
- Proven leadership and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of restoration processes, industry standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software and industry policies.
- Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions under pressure while keeping customer needs top of mind.
- Flexibility in scheduling — understanding that the restoration industry often demands availability beyond the typical 9–5.
