The Role: Project Manager

What You'll Do
- Lead with Purpose: Guide our projects from design to completion, ensuring we deliver top-quality restoration work that exceeds client expectations.
- Build Strong Relationships: Be the face of Big Bear, fostering trust and open communication with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
- Drive Financial Success: Take ownership of project financials, from budgeting to collections, ensuring our work is both impactful and sustainable.
- Collaborate and Inspire: Work closely with estimators and other team members, helping them grow both professionally and personally.
- Innovate and Improve: Continuously seek ways to enhance our processes, safety standards, and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring to the Table
- A passion for helping others and making a positive impact in your community
- 5 years of experience in the restoration industry, with at least 3 years in project management or estimation
- IICRC certification and proficiency in Xactimate software
- A high school diploma or equivalent (further education is a plus!)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with grace
