We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and experience with various types of delivery vehicles. Responsibilities
- Assembling home furniture in the customers homes such as bunkbeds, dining room tables and bedroom sets.
- Installing common household major appliances such as Fridges, stoves, washers, and dryers.
- Morning task such as parking lot checks and cleaning store windows
- cleaning the warehouse and keeping it organized
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to designated locations.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Load and unload products, utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any issues that may arise.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Handle heavy lifting of packages as required during the loading and unloading process.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Experience
- Assembling furniture and installing basic home appliances
- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a courier role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience for clients.
- Experience with route driving and familiarity with local roadways is beneficial.
- Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the day.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
