We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, expand our brand reach, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote both our moving services and self-storage solutions.
- Manage all social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram), creating engaging content to attract and retain customers.
- Oversee and optimize Google Ads and social media advertising to generate leads for storage unit rentals and moving services.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and increase online visibility for both sides of the business.
- Create and distribute paper and print marketing materials (flyers, brochures, direct mail, etc.) to target potential customers.
- Develop creative campaigns to showcase the security, convenience, and affordability of our self-storage facilities.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotions, partnerships, and special events that drive business.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor marketing strategies, and emerging digital tools to keep us competitive.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in marketing, social media management, and digital advertising (2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong content creation skills (graphic design, copywriting, and video editing a plus).
- Ability to think creatively and independently to develop new marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
