Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Associate Director role located in the Raleigh area, NC at one of our Big Blue Marble Academies. The Associate Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing the curriculum, and providing leadership to staff members. They will also support the Director in managing staff, communicating with parents, and ensuring a safe and enriching environment for children.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Knowledge of Child Development and Curriculum Implementation
- Organizational and Problem-Solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience in a childcare setting
