Responsibilities: - Perform service and repairs on various plumbing systems in residential settings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and effectively
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, including tankless models
- Conduct drain cleaning and sewer replacements as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold our company's reputation for excellence
Requirements: - 4 years of experience as a Plumbing Service Technician
- Proficiency in water heater installation, repair, and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of drain cleaning techniques and sewer replacement procedures
- Experience working with tankless water heaters is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Service Titan useful
- Experience with boilers and radiant heating a plus.
