Experience: At least 1 year of machine operating experience (required)
Industry Knowledge: Fastener industry experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential
Technical Skills: Ability to read and use calipers, micrometers, and blueprints
Mechanical Aptitude: Strong logical, mathematical, and troubleshooting abilities
Work Ethic: Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work

- Your Role as a Machine Operator:
- Set up and change tooling as needed to ensure production efficiency
- Operate automatic and hand-feed fastener drilling machines
- Move parts to the next production stage with accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final piece inspections to maintain quality standards
- Apply basic math skills during the setup process to ensure precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
