Now Hiring: CNC Operator – 2nd Shift📍 Location: Bloomingdale, IL🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4 PM–12 AM (Weekends/Overtime as needed)💰 Pay: $17.00–$22.00 per hour

Your Role as a CNC Operator:
🔹 Set up and operate preprogrammed CNC machines to produce precision parts🔹 Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications🔹 Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and ensure high-quality output🔹 Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues🔹 Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure accuracy🔹 Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Education: High School Diploma or GED✔ Experience: Prior experience in the fastener industry is a plus but not required—training provided!✔ Skills: Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and strong math/measurement abilities✔ Work Ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Work Schedule & Availability:
📌 8-hour shift – Monday–Friday, 4 PM–12 AM📌 Potential Overtime & Weekend Availability
