We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to join our team to be responsible for maintaining multiple restaurant locations predominately in the Cincinnati area, but will also include some locations in Cleveland, Kentucky and Indiana.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of maintenance, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of efficiently managing maintenance tasks across multiple sites to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our restaurants.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of multiple restaurant locations to identify maintenance issues and repairs needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical and appliances.
- Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance requests from corporate and local restaurant managers.
- Troubleshoot and repair various issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, appliances and structural components.
- Complete work orders in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of areas across multiple sites.
- Assist with location openings by conducting repairs, painting and performing other maintenance tasks as needed to prepare locations for opening.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or projects beyond the scope of in-house capabilities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and others.
- Communicate effectively with restaurant managers and colleagues to provide updates on maintenance activities and address any concerns or inquiries.
Education and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in maintenance-related fields is preferred.
- Proven experience in multi-unit maintenance, including knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to effectively diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in maintenance work.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, property managers and colleagues.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call rotations, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure in a relevant maintenance trade (e.g., electrician, plumber).
- Prior experience working in a multi-site maintenance role.
