Incumbent is responsible for leading all aspects of recruiting for Big Boy Restaurant Group, LLC.  

Responsibilities –

• Develop strategies to source, attract, recruit and select high-quality candidates against defined criteria for multiple occupational sectors
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for open positions and positions which may open in the future
• Schedule and conduct phone screens with prospective candidates
• Assist management with scheduling interviews
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Take a lead role in the management and maintenance of the company Applicant Tracking System.
• Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
• Assist the Human Resources team with drafting and sending offer letters, background checks and coordinating new hire orientation.
