Compensation Highlights
Post-Training Salary Range: $75,000-$95,000 annually.

What You’ll Do as a Manager in Training
You’ll gain deep insight into our processes, best practices, and winning strategies while rotating through various departments. Responsibilities include:
Serving as a self-starter with a strong work ethic and high level of integrity.
Managing multiple tasks with attention to detail and time management.
Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Supporting performance execution by putting in the necessary effort and time.
Developing expertise in tires, tire-related services, and mechanical repairs.
Requirements to Join the Program
Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:
College degree 1 year of management experience (shift manager in retail or service industries).
3 years of automotive experience 1 year of management experience.
3 years of management experience (shift manager in retail or service industries).
2 years in a lead role or supervisory position.
Other qualifications include:
A valid Driver’s License (must be insurable under our automobile insurance).
Physical ability to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning.
Being energetic, hard-working, and ethical.
