POSITION OVERVIEW :
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Site-Based Programs, the Corporate and Community Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and increasing a steady flow of family, child and volunteer inquiries for our Site-Based Programs through effective recruitment strategies, proper partnership management, and strong administrative support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating and attending recruitment events, scheduling liaison meetings with our corporate and community partners, and overseeing and guiding day-to-day activities of our Enrollment and Match Support Specialists (EMSS).
This is a full-time, benefits eligible, hybrid work position with a mix of virtual and in-office work. The position also requires travel for face-to-face meetings with corporate and school partners.

Program Coordination Strategy
- In coalition with the Senior Manager of Site-Based Programs, assess the EMSS workflow and caseload to streamline work processes and increase work productivity and quality.
- Ensure that the EMSS members assess individual strengths and support needs for each match participant to assure a positive outcome for the child and mentor.
- Identify and eliminate barriers to the enrollment process by being solution focused on all aspects of stakeholder support and school partnership satisfaction.
- Support in the streamlining of the application process for all Site-Based applicants.
- In conjunction with the Senior Manager of Site-Based Programs, attend community and school partnership committee meetings
