Job Overview:

Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging content tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
- Conduct SEO research to optimize content visibility and engagement.
- Manage advertising campaigns across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts efficiently.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to promote products and drive sales through social media channels.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Foster relationships with followers and influencers to build a strong online community.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for content creation (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar program.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their integration with social media strategies.
- Excellent research skills to identify trends and insights that can inform strategy.
- Experience in relationship management to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
